Delivery

Metro-Sol endeavours to make prompt delivery of all confirmed orders, in line with the agreed terms and conditions of each contract.

Technical support and warranty

After-sales service and support are central to how we work. Warranty depends on each vendor’s terms and conditions.

Purchasing terms

Our goal is to give clients the greatest value possible, passing on as many supplier discounts as we can obtain. Where feasible we arrange prepayment or cash-on-delivery agreements to achieve this. Bulk orders may qualify for discounts.

Payment terms

Unless other arrangements are made, our typical payment terms are 14 days from the date of delivery. Because of the nature of some goods, prepayment may be required before an order is processed or resources are committed.

We accept cash, EcoCash, bank transfer and card (swipe).
